• Irrigation of public parks and recreation fields — by means of automatic sprinklers; outside the hours of 9am-5pm.
• Irrigation of gardens, flowers and ornamental plants — by means of hand-held hose or drip irrigation systems.
• Irrigation of lawns — by means of hand-held hose.

Nonessential outdoor water use is prohibited.
