Prohibited uses

Exceptions
- New-lawn irrigation — during the months of May and September.
- Irrigation of lawns, gardens, flowers, or ornamental plans — by hand-held hoses only.
- Irrigation of public parks and recreation fields — before 9:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m.
- Water uses — required for health or safety reasons; required by regulation; for food and fiber production; for the maintenance of livestock; to meet core functions of a business.
