• 1 watering day per week — Allowed weekdays: Thursday. Water before 9 a.m. or after 5 p.m. Section 2. Ratepayers billed in February, May, August, and November.
• 1 watering day per week — Allowed weekdays: Saturday. Water before 9 a.m. or after 5 p.m. Section 3. Ratepayers billed in March, June, September, and December.

Exceptions

• Non-essential outdoor water use — production of food or fiber; core function of a business.
